3. User Responsibilities

Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials and security keys.

Use the DXTF official website lawfully and refrain from market manipulation or fraudulent activities.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: CAD $250.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 24-48 hours, subject to anti-fraud verification.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legislative or technical changes. Continued use of the platform following any modifications implies your acceptance of the latest version.
9. Governing Law
The interpretation and execution of these Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Toronto, Ontario.
